SIN beams (corrugated beams) are manufactured on Austrian complex robotized line. Productivity is 14,000 tons of beams per year. All manufacturing processes are automated as far as practicable to eliminate human factor influence on final product quality.

Our plant has its own full technological chain of metal structures manufacturing.

We use only high-quality certified materials. Our leading suppliers of cold-rolled and hot-rolled metal include Ilyich Iron and Steel Works (Ukraine), Severstal (Russia).

Before cutting, all metal workpieces undergo shot blasting intended to increase the quality and accuracy of workpiece manufacturing. Shot blasting plant was supplied by Gietart (The Netherlands).

For corrugated beams are manufactured on high performance high-quality German Messer cutting plant.

With CNC control.

After cutting the flanges are faced and drilled on Italian Ficep plant, if required.

Cold-rolled steel in rolls 2-3 mm thick is used as a middle flange (wall) of corrugated beam.

Assembly and welding of SIN beams are performed on Austrian high performance robotized line using “Abb” robot welding machine (Switzerland). Corrugated sheet walls are connected to the flanges with continuous single-side full-strength welds. Small wall thickness allows avoiding beam shrinkage distortion. Stability of welding modes and of the entire welding process is fully controlled on program level.

Finished shafts are passed through CNC saw for cutting according to the specified dimensions, drilling and marking by Italian Ficep plant.

Flux welding of high cross section beams is performed on the “Esab” track welder (Sweden).

Geometry correction of welded beams is performed on machine for shrinkage distortion removal.

Plasma arc cutting machine manufactured by ”Hypertherm” (USA), mounted on portal Italian Ficep machine, provides high accuracy and clean cut surface which does not require additional treatment. This plant provides maximal time efficiency, metal consumption efficiency and reduced labour efforts. Cutting of components is performed through program control according to the complete working drawings.

Rectangular components are cut on Erfurt guillotine shear (Germany) with the possibility of cutting steel parts up to 25 mm thick.

If bending is required, we use Erfurt bending machine (Germany).

Seal welding of mounted components is realized by professional welders by means of Fronius Synergic semiautomatic welding (Austria).

Welding processes involve a mixture of shielding gases (MIX-1, Ar+CO2, 82 %+18 %), Esab wire (Sweden) that increases the quality of welding joint and reduces metal splashing while welding.

Finished products are passed through the portal-type shot blasting Gietart plant (the Netherlands). Specially selected technological modes and grit parameters provide 100 % metal cleaning and fully prepare it for further painting.

Painting area has hydraulic spraying equipment. Painting is performed in warm closed shop with artificially maintained stable temperature and humidity conditions that allow coating to dry within the shortest time subject to all technical conditions.

Painting is performed using Tikkurila primer (Finland).

The products are ready for shipping to the Customer.

Sandwich panels are manufactured on CANNON automated continuous line (Italy) with productivity rate of up to 200,000 sq. m per month. Our company is the only enterprise in Ukraine which has such production line.

“BF Plant” produces polyurethane foam sandwich panels with triple-layer structure consisting of two profile metal sheets and filler between them.

Corrugated deck is manufactured on automatic lines. Corrugated deck is manufactured of galvanized metal as well as of polymer-coated (polyester) metal 1.5 mm thick. Coating colours correspond to RAL. Line maintenance staff was trained by the equipment supplier.

Our company has modern Austrian manufacturing line for bent panels manufacturing. This is a continuous line with floating knives and a unit for punching holes in profile walls and flanges. Line speed is up to 30 long meters of profile per minute. Profile range depends on the wall height, flange width and metal thickness.
